I am a fan of your YouTube channel and where I am based, London, England I enjoy following your recipes.
I came across one of your videos regarding centrifuged strawberry juice:
I now have a couple of questions that I hope could answer.
First of all, I enjoy creating healthy desert recipes, what does the addition of a centrifuge on the strawberries do to the nutritional value of the final juice. There is a lot of pulp at the bottom and was wandering if the clear juice loses some of its goodness.
Secondly, I do not have access to a centrifuge and was wandering if there were additional ways to imitate the process, but without the addition of Sugar?
Finally, I am eager to try out a centrifuge with my cooking but do not yet have the money to buy one. Would you be able to advise places I could test one out?
