Thoughts on the Rok Espresso maker in respect to Espresso class? Could it be used instead of a electric machine, what trade offs would you expect?

I am a non-expert, but I've had espresso from one of these and was impressed with the quality. The owner told me that it took a long time to dial in the temperature and pressure, though.

I'm a coffee dude. I recently saw that the Chefsteps folks have a La Marzocco GB/5 too! I was delighted.

This may be a bit late to the party but https://www.thelittleguy.info/ seems to be the most interesting thing. The Rok is alright. Not fantastic in my experience. There are some old style lever machines that do a great job if it's just pure espresso you're after.
