haha, the local stores had the usual Valentine's day dinner ingredients on sale, so I ended up doing three different Valentine's day dinners in a row. I like to do special meals for holidays, and Valentine's day is no exception.

I got to make a good brunch and dinner finally

Not to mention I sharpened all knives with the new Norton set, they are now

silly sharp.

French omelet, parmesan filled, peppery and served with pickles and home cured butty bacon.

Then we did coffee a few ways during the day.
