I am wondering if some special classes are coming up for Thanksgiving and Christmas... which means, to me, some recipes of my own that will need tweaking:
prime rib (is it time to try sous vide?)
turkey (last year was deep fried, this year what will it be?)
roasted sweet potatoes (cubed, SV @ 150F for at least an hour + caramelized onions + almonds + roasted in the oven)
What are some favorites for eating on the holidays?
