I recall something a number of months ago and did a quick search. ERME
http://www.erme.ch/de/vakuumiergeraete/gastronomie/t-5ce-t-47ce/
is a company located in switzerland I believe and may be worth calling. If I remember someone else had used their products and were pleased.

i got a komet gourmet saver a couple of month ago and so far i'm very happy with it. It may be a tad to simplistic with no manometer, but that the only critisism i have. Apart from that it's nicely built, made in germany which i sometimes care about and it has a high quality busch pump. i paid 1099€ for it. No idea how much shipping would be, though. oh and than of course there's vacstar right there in switzerland, but i think those are a bit above your limit.

Hi Marijan. I have spent hours and hours searching for a reasonable chamber vac here in Switzerland (or shipped from Germany).
In reality, there are none which I am satisfied with for a reasonable price. The ones that have the modern "bells and whistles" (touch screens, led displays, etc.), and look nice, are all over 1,200 Euros. Many which I have found "a little" cheaper, are so ugly and not a reasonable size and they look like something that would have been used in a 1970's Frankenstein movie set.
The Erme machines (see Todd's link below) are too industrial for my taste. They may be nice in a restaurant setting, but definitely not in a nice home setting.
My recommendation is to go to:
http://www.allpax.de/index.php/cat/c240_Tisch-Vakuummaschine-Kammergeraet.html
At that website, they have one machine for 789 Euros and one for 989 Euros. I haven't tried either of those, but they seem decent.
Good luck, and please let me know if you find any that you like, as I will eventually by a chamber vac myself.

Dear Marc,
thanks a lot.
Which model exactly did you take? Furthermore where to purchase them on-line?

Hi, I use the La.Va. machine which is inexpensive and very handy.

Hi Marijan, sorry didn't see the message earlyer. I have the model Privat, it's around 2'000 franks. You can't buy it online. It works very "swiss" with the company. You call them, or visit them at a fair and order your program. a couple of weeks later the guy will bring it to about home and explain everything. he will also bring you some bags to use and tell you to make sure to call him in 3 years (when the warranty goes off) so he can come by again and service the machine once again for free...

The handiest critisism i've. Apart from that it is well built, made in germany which i now and again care approximately and it has a excessive exceptional busch pump at
like
. I paid 1099€ for it. No concept how plenty transport could be, even though. Oh and than of course there's vacstar proper there in switzerland, however i assume the ones are a chunk above your limit.
