Thanks to Michael Natkin I found this little Tid Bit of info buried in another post "I've got a hot trick for you: click on any of the ingredient amounts, the 50 in "50 g octopus brains" and it will let you type in the exact amount you want to use of that ingredient; all the other ingredients will scale to match." Click on THE AMOUNT not the ingredient , change it and it scales everything else . Maybe most people know this but, I didn't
