For those of you who love to work in baker's percentages, I recently started using this app called Breadstorm. It's designed for baking obviously, but you can write in the name of any ingredient you want so it is the perfect app for documenting your own recipes in the baker's percentage. It has a remote viewer for iPad and iPhone so you can view your scaled recipes on the go (syncs over wifi) and seems to be pretty slick overall.
It's obviously pretty awesome for baking as well as it lets you add in bigs's, preferments, poolish, etc. and scale those into the equation as well.
