This is old news bruh! I think he has or had a kickstarter up to fund his photo book of the process. I enjoyed following his blog at times. It was interesting to see how he sourced the rare ingredients

Thanks for this. Really enjoyed that video. Crazy story. Must be nice to have the money to do that too. I believe he is a Pixar animator or something and worked on all of the big movies.

Confession - the thought of doing every recipe in that book and dealing with everything he did over the course of 5 years doesn't sound like too much fun to me haha. There's daunting, and then there's why would I put myself through this.
