Anova Troubleshooting

I just acquired my first immersion circulator from Anova and it keeps complaining about "Low Liquid" despite the water level being right between the stated Min and Max. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Curious if mine is defective or if this is user error. Thanks.

I had the same problem, but after adding water, making sure that the Anova was elevated (clearing the bottom of the pot by a few millimeters) and restarting the Anova, it began to work perfectly. Hope this helps!

Yes, I would recommend double checking the clearance underneath the circulator. My first test run when I got my Anova was in a 5-qt stock pot, and it just wasn't deep enough.

Thanks for the advice! I ended up having to exchange it, but my new one is working w/o issue.
