New - Anova "precision" is here!

Picked up a few of these and gonna put it against my polyscience model.

Though i would share in the excitement and answer any questions for those who don't have one yet.

Impressions thus far -

• Screen is nice and bright. 10x better than the PS.
• Scroll wheel feels cheap-o
• No app yet
• "Sounds" like theres more moving parts than the PS (multi layered hum rather than an even one) but its just as loud / just as quiet.
• Way smaller foot print than the PS (obvious) feels less solid than the PS but a lot more solid than the Sansaire.
• It's pretty!

Received mine and have "compared" it to our PS, but am impressed so fgar. The scroll wheel does feel a different than the membrane switches of PS but he temperature change is much easier. Takes much less time to change temperature on the control. Will be interesting to see when the app is available. The ability to use it with a smaller vessel is a very welcome feature. Though not a "huge" difference, being able to attach it to a 5 qt stock pot is quite convenient.
