Water bath temp. Similar to steams oven?

Hi guys! In all the recepie is specified the temperature of the water bath!! Unfortunately in the kitchen I only got 2 combi oven... And I'm cooking Sous Vide in steam mode.. Is the temperature setting the same as for the water bath? Or slightly different??? Is possible for the chested team to add in future to the recepies olso some steam oven temp for Sous Vide cooking?? Thanks for the great job that you guys are doing and to share all this with us!!!

You can use the same temperatures but they are less precise to hold the temperature. The heating speed of your products won't be the same either. It's not a problem for equilibrium cooking but could be for things that need a more precise timing. So you can do most of the recipes but forget about the egg calculator. ;-)
