Sunday was the Philadelphia Marathon, and I traveled from Boston to Phila to run (this was my 5th marathon, and props to Phila (and anyone here that lives there!) for an awesome event)! Carbo-loading is important in the days leading up to the marathon, so in that spirit, I am curious what your favorite 'carb heavy' meal is? It doesn't matter whether you are training or not, we all at some point crave carbs. When you do, what is your go-to meal?
