What kind of iSi Whipping Siphon do you use, 1 pint or 1 quart?. And what's the difference between the red and the black one?.

I have both sizes....I use the smaller one much more often than the large one...probably 20 to 1.

As far as differences go...the Profi (black) and the Gourmet (red) have different valves...the Profi is easier to clean and the valve in the Gourmet is allegedly more robust. The gaskets are also different but interchangeable...the red Gourmet silicone gasket can be used in the Profi when working with hot stuff. Of the 2, overall, I prefer the Profi.
