Microwave-Safe Plastic Wrap

Where can a person find wide, 18-20", PE or HDPE wrap for the turkey roulade recipe? I can only find 12" which left me piecing together some strips length-wise to give me something to hang on to. I live in the Seattle area but would be happy with an online resource as well. Thanks

I spent quite a bit of time researching this question and couldn't find a good answer. Everything wide I could find was PVC. Did talk to Dave Arnold and he suggested turning the wrap 90° degrees and overlapping other layers about 3 inches. You can make wrap as wide as you want and no leaking if you use enough layers.

My experience has been the same as Jeff's... it's nothing but PVC out there from what I can tell. For Thanksgiving I did the CS turkey roulade and was lucky enough to have two rolls of normal consumer PE wrap to use. Overlapping layers works okay, but it can be a pain in the ass if you only have one roll and are trying to wrap something relatively large a bunch of times.
