I primarily use a Fujiwara FKS-05 240 and a Fujiwara Teruyasu 195. Love them both. Ill snap a pic tonight when I get home. Out of all my kitchen stuff I would argue these two knives are the least likely I could live without.

I'm waiting on a pair of Takamura R2s (210mm gyuto, 130mm petty) in customs right now. I've tried them, they're super nice, and I'm super excited.
