There's a project on Kickstarter for the Foldio 2, a folding photo studio to improve your iPhone pics of small stuff - product shots and the like - by providing good lighting (LED strips) and a decent backdrop (changeable colours) in a nice portable package. I backed the original Foldio and it's a great little product BUT too small for a dinner plate... The Foldio 2 is now 15" across so should do the job admirably... I'm in! The attached pic is the first image I shot on the original foldio with an iPhone 5. Obviously you can still use a DSLR with it as but this just shows how you can get a pretty good result with the tools to hand. PS The bitters aren't bad, but Chefsteps #13 are better!
