Pacojet Sanitizer

My third Pacojet themed post here. I recently purchased one and am looking for a good sanitizer to use with it. I know it's not supposed to foam but finding such information is proving difficult. Thanks!

look for something called a quaternary (Quat) sanitizer it is what the majority of professional kitchens use for sanitizing. fill your pacojet container and then run the system with the cleaning head attached. does a great job at sanitizing the inside of the machine
