Meat slicer
Claire_18850
I'm wondering if you guys have recommendation for a good meat slicer for home use. Preliminary it will be used for slicing raw/frozen meat for shabu shabu or other use. Thanks!

I'm using Kalorik 200-Watt Electric Meat Slicer, it was affordable enough, but well-built
It is a very good meat slicer. A best product for home use, very powerful, very precise, easy to clean, safe and easy to use.

I'm a firm believer in more power is better. The slicers sold for "home" use have small blades (usually serrated) and a good amount of plastic in the body/gears, but they only cost ~$100. All metal commercial slicers you can get from a restaurant supply store for $600+.
If you can try and borrow a "home" model to see how it will slice frozen meat and the consistency between each slice.

That's a good advice. Thanks!
