I am a young chef soon to be finishing culinary school, looking to get into or work towards a career in research and development and was wondering if going to university for food science (specifically university of guelph) would be worth my time or if it would be better spent going somewhere else or just continue cooking and self educating/ doing stages.
(I know the more school the better its just a big commitment)
Thank you in advance for any and all advice given it is very much appreciated.
