iSi whipper sizes for Rapid Infusion

Looking to use an iSi whipper to create some infused liquors. Does it matter if I use a 1 liter canister for recipes that call for half liter? Do I need to double the recipe? Will 2 No2 chargers still be adequate?

you can use the 1 Liter canister and use two chargers. most recipes should tell you whether a 1/2 Liter or 1 Liter is used. if the recipe is based on 1/2 L then, yes, just double for the 1 L.

Doubling the recipe is a good way to start. But since the empty space in the 1 liter syphon is not twice the one of the 0.5 it won't give exactly the same results even if you double everything. Same thing if you change the quantity, the temperature of the liquid or the alcohol level. (CO2 doesn't disolve the same way in alcohol and water) It may be important to know if you want to reproduce your results.
