Okay, so this is all new to me. I just discovered chefsteps two days ago. I am smitten with sous vide . (Although my eyes hurt from reading all this information on my tablet the past two days.)😂
So here is my question: Am I correct in understanding that most, if not all foods, (proteins, veggies, purées, etc...) can be made ahead of time sous vide then chilled and stored (refrigerate/freeze) and simply reheated (sous vide) when ready to eat? I do realize that I probably would not want to freeze my sous vide veggies but hopefully you get the gist of my question.
