Quart. You can always put less in but with the pint you can't add more. I debated and received the same advice and glad I did (I have 2 now :-)..)

I just bought the same one, plus since it is all stainless, the Mosa I had was pretty useless for anything other than abstract kitchen art.

I've heard that you must use more N2O chargers with the quart size, even if you do not fill it all the way, because of the larger volume. Is that true?
