I'm a 2nd year commis chef with a classical french training. I have worked in a busy seaside fine dining restaurant for the past year in Ireland. This year I'm headed to Newport, Rhode Island to work for 3 months. I'm wondering if there's any modernist/conceptual/molecular restaurants in the area that would be good to work in?
