Got the Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. It's a fantastic piece of equipment, really happy with it.

I did! I got a Swissmar Borner V-Slicer Plus Mandoline... Now, I just need to find context to use it! I find that I get almost every cutting job done as fast with my simple ol' chef's knife!

I was given an Anova sous vide circulator, an All-Clad 8qt stockpot, and a basket of yummies from La Tienda. Husband was given a Cookshack electric smoker. Love all of it!

I received a bunch of fun stuff to use. I got a sweet induction burner, a nice scale and a bunch of fun cooking chems to play around with! Cant wait to make some nacho cheese sauce for the Superbowl!

A cuisinart counter top steam oven. Only used it a few times but seems great. A few restaurant gift cards as well.

I received a home-made centrifuge which is essentially giving my son two bottles of juice and watching him pivot in circles for 10 minutes without dropping them.............
I also received a gift certificate to a local kitchen store where I purchased two stoneware dishes that work well for the lasagna.

I got
this
cookbook. Not available in english sorry. but it's basically about modern interpretations of culinary classics like vitello tonato, crepe suzzette, coq au vin, that sort of thing. And it's pretty damn good. He does quite a bit of sous vide, but apart from that iot doesn't need any exotic ingredients or equipment. Not that I'd care...

Just some cookbooks (Heritage, Alinea, and a few books about Spanish cooking). But we started the holiday with a great meal at Jaleo in Vegas. Always fun.
