Remember the Cronut?

People went nuts over Dominique Ansel's creation. I decided to make my own weird combo like that. I call it the Croroll. It's a cross between a croissant and a cinnamon roll. LOL! I made a brioche dough and added the butter square and continued the folds like I would if I were making croissants.
Then I just rolled it out in to one big sheet, added my spice blend, rolled it up, cut and baked. I topped it with a brown butter glaze and candied walnuts and fleur de sel. Would you pay $5 for one of these? Fun experiment for sure.
