I am in the process of saving up some cash (unless someone wants to donate) to buy a chamber sealer. I run a food blog and really love cooking sous vide and have quickly realized that my food saver is not going to cut it any longer.
I am trying to decide if I should go with one from Polyscience or one of the ones made by Vacmaster.
I was just wondering if anybody has experience with both and what your thoughts are of which I should go with. I kind of figure, like most things, that both have pro's and con's. I appreciate your thoughts.
