So, I made pi. I didn't really consider that I was going to make a pie, and probably should have gone to the store before starting, so it was sort of an improvised pi with whatever I could scrounge from the recesses of my fridge. Also, I only had enough eggs for half a pie, and you can't really make half a pi so I made 4 tarts. Unfortunately I don't own any tart pans, so I used ramekins which aren't necessarily conducive to pie crust. Clearly I need to go back to module 1: Preparation.

Anyway, this is a Sous Vide Cinnamon Vanilla Custard with Spiced Cora Cora Orange Foam and Shortbread Crust Not Quite a Full Pie so Let's Call it a Tart.
