If I had a pound of Dark Matter, I would really have ten thousand pounds. I would fuel my starship, then wait for Nibbler to excrete more so I can go further.

I'd pour it all over some salted caramel or pecan ice cream.

Good name. I'd have to taste it first, but maybe the best coffee pastry cream for eclairs in history. Can it be hardened into Coffee Kisses? Can you make filled "Chocolates" with it? because that would be pretty wild.

Jason—The kitchen made some Dark Matter ganache this week that was mind-blowing!

I'm thinking foie gras magnum ice cream. might take some fiddling to get the ratio right, but i think it could work.

I want to make burnt caramel and dark matter ice cream right now. LOVE that name, nice going.

Combine brandy, chocolate and passion fruit filling and make a dark matter bon bon.

Aerate it with a siphon/chamber vaccum and use it to garnish a dessert plate

Coat balloons with it, chill, and pop to make "cups" filled with various things. (e.g. raspberries and biscotti flavored whipped cream)

Add it to hot chocolate for an inverted riff on the mocha latte.

Construct a sweet version of Red-Eye Gravy for dessert purposes

Pie with an interesting crust (maybe biscotti, donut, or the corn cookie crust from Milkbar)

Dark Matter coated raisins/coffee beans/strawberries

Fill donuts or donut holes with it

Dip bacon or biscotti in it

Cheese cake (either as a garnish or the main flavoring)

Add it to chili
