Pairing time!
What is your favorite non-traditional drink to pair with a meal? One of my favorite weeknight cooks is Dave Chang's pan roasted mussels. When I make it, I love to serve it with sake instead of wine. I also have a hard time serving burgers with anything other than ales, but that's more of a me problem. So what's your go to other than Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon?
