Ice cream with a siphon

Hey I wonder if I can make galato in a whipping siphon? Example: I pour heavy cream, egg yolks and some flavour in a siphon charge it with CO2 and freeze it shake it once a hour and "shot" it out on the plate

Could be cool with a video.

I'm not sure, because I haven't done it. Merely a hypothesis, is to chill the anglaise,charge it with N2O, release into container then freeze.

CO2 is what makes soft drinks fizzy. I doubt you want that for ice cream. Nitrous is an intert gas that will simply make it lighter and fluffy.

What's the difference? I want to make a airy Fluffy parfait, that I can store in a freezer for short time before I decorate the plate. I doubt that flavoured whipped cream is good frozen.

do you want it carbonated? Why CO2 and not N? What is described is fairly close to a flavored whipped cream (which is easy and tasty). If that's what you would like to do, it's definitely possible.
