I'm having a dinner party next Saturday.
Original plan: short ribs (one of my absolute favorite things to cook). But last minute addition of a vegetarian to the table has necessitated a rethink.
Main I think will be a rustic pappardelle with roasted mushrooms and topped with a slow-poached egg.
However, I would LOVE ideas for a colorful, fun & easy salad. Perhaps something with chicory?
I have some Scholium Blowout sparkling for before dinner. Pretty excited about trying it!
