I finally got around to this
one
. It was incredibly simple but made for an interesting presentation.

I opted for chicken thighs instead of breast cause to me thighs taste better.
I struggled with a ways to actually present it. The pieces above are sprinkled with a
dried olive and miso powder
. It was kind of tasty.
In the end, I made a quick wing sauce, and fed it to my kid.

thanks. i think i stuffed it with ground beef, mushrooms and roasted red pepper. unfortunately i overcooked it, tho. the chicken was rather dry.
