Hello, I was curious about the long 2 prong pasta forks
i've seen people plating pasta with, are they just using
meat forks? If not whats the name of it and where can I find
them? Thank you

Just a carving fork. Can find them anywhere really.

If you look around you will easily find them in knife blocks, unused. Ask your parents or those who have knife blocks and rarely cook.

I actually had one in my old culinary school knife bag, did't even remember they gave those to us.
