I wonder if anyone out there has perfected the Portuguese custard tarts. There are so many different variations out there plus an amazing You Tube video form Portugal, but it has no recipe, and guessing at ingredients is not really a pastry chef's thing. I would love Chefsteps to do them. I know they would be amazing. Everything else I've tried on their site is and this would be no exception.
