I recently moved to Vancouver from the UK. I'm still getting settled. I'm wondering if someone can tell me where to find a Kitchen supply store for professionals that sell to the public as well, In London i was going to Nisbets, but I can't find something similar in Vancouver. I know about Gourmet warehouse, but it's still very non pro. Also, where i could find the same thing but specialized in Japanese restaurants supplies.
Any help will be appreciated.
