Funnel?! Where can I find it?

Hi guys! This is Lazaro from the UK. I was wondering how this tool pictured below is called, as I wasn't able to find anything similar (ideally, I would love to obtain exactly the same!) under 'funnel with stopper' on Google. Any help will be really appreciated. Many thanks!

You might Google "portioning funnel". This one looks cooler than CS's!

This is the model linked to in the ChefSteps recipe for Wine Gums. They're also called "sauce guns" or "confectionary funnels." All the ones I've seen are sort of pricy (on a par with a decent chinois) but if it's something you'll use frequently, it's worth it.
