I wanted to give my opinion on this countertop combo oven. Its pretty slick. You can toast items, steam items, and combo convection with steam. Its great for bread. Heres what I made the other day.
I used the simple 5 minute a day bread recipe but you can use whichever you like.
Mix the ingredients. I am using 100% bread flour to 70% water 1% yeast and 1.5% salt
Let sit overnight
shape your ball
Throw into oven and steam at 100 degrees for 30 minutes to proof
Then set it to the bread function and blast it at 425 for 35 minutes.

Its a nice crust.
I havent purchased bread since I bought the oven.
Its a cuisinart CSO-300 for those that are interested. Its great for steam roasting chicken as well. Its obviously not as robust as a true combi oven but it works surprisingly well.
