Does anyone else feel like they have witnessed the steady decline of Chef Steps over the past several months from an uber-cool cooking site into a something not worth following or visiting? This used to be the place to get great techniques and recipes, with amazing content unavailable elsewhere. Now it's repackaged content (see today's repackaging of sous vide content) or a bunch of commentary without much value (see the recent rice and onion postings). And this has been the trend for some time. I'm sorry to be critical, but as someone who has been here since almost day one, I miss the old Chef Steps! I would appreciate knowing what we should expect going forward?
