Sous vide tank size

Hi,
I just bought my first sous vide circulator polyscience! 😄 And I have a problem, could you tell me what is perfect size of tank for that circulator?

The maximum size depends on what circulator you have as there are differing wattages. I use the Cambro Johan linked to with the home version of the polyscience with no problems. Sometimes though, a smaller size would be nice for space in my tiny kitchen.

I have the Cambro mentioned but just recently went shopping at a local Daiso (similar to a Japanese dollar store) and came across their rice storage container. It's an ideal size for sous vide when cooking for two and much less expensive. It also comes with a lid that can be easily cut to fit around your circulator. While it's not as rigid as the Cambro, so far it's done a great job and is temperature rated to about 220* F. The link below is for a 12-pack of containers, but in store, it's around $8.
