Apps

Do any of you guys use any apps for your iPhone along side your cooking. I am not talking about ones that pair up with a circulator or any other piece of equipment but ones that you actually find useful in the kitchen. I appreciate any feedback.

I use Cook's Illustrated's from time to time.

I use Ruhlman's Ratio whenever I cook at other people's houses; it gives me tons of options when I don't know what I'm walking into.

SousVideDash for timer-ing SV applications.

Gourmet for iOS as my own recipe database. I don't love it, but it works well enough and I'm not locked into it forever.

Bittman's How To Cook Everything (and HTCE Vegetarian) apps just in case I run out of ideas.

Oh, and Schmaltz, which is probably not worth whatever it costs since it's so single-minded, but hey, schmaltz.
