If one were to find themselves in Seattle for three days and two nights (June 26-28) and one found themselves faced with choosing between Spur and Spinasse for one of the dinners, which would you choose and why?

I tried both on separate trips. While both were admirable, both paled in comparison to both Revel and Sitka and Spruce. If you are even considering Spinasse, which is more rustic, definitely give Sitka a look...

I'll be there the week prior. Putting together my list now...I welcome all feedback...where should I cut back, what am I missing?...I can't possibly hit everything...probably...so, roughly in order of priority, though it will change a dozen times before I get there...The only one locked down at the moment is Willows Inn:

Also, @Matthew Snyder, you said 2 nights, so what's dinner the first night? As a Seattle neophyte, Spur would be my choice, but you really can't trust my opinion.

When they say expect a line at Salumi and Paseo they aren't kidding. If you can do a late lunch at Paseo, sometimes it's not so bad. I've been known to drive by, see a short line and stop in the middle of the road to buy a sandwich, even if I just ate.

Herkimer's is great. Don't know which location you were planning on going to but the one in the Ravenna/U District is easy to miss/drive by if you aren't looking. If you haven't had their coffee yet it is very good.

As for Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi's places--Revel is very good but I like Joule better--unless you have other plans for dinner.

Since you'll be in Fremont a couple of times (if you also go to Whale Wins) stop by the Fremont brewery if you like beer. It's a block away from Joule/Whale Wins. They have a great tasting room and the weather is usually sunny in June to sit outside.

Don't go anywhere near Fremont on Saturday the 20th unless you want to see huge crowds, go to a drum circle and see lots of painted/naked bicyclists. That's the day of the Solstice Parade. It's very fun but also very, very crowded.

Great breweries every 15 feet in Ballard while you're near the Walrus and the Carpenter.

Flight gets into SeaTac at 11:30 am, and we're staying by the convention center. (I think it's a Hyatt?) If it's possible, I'd love to visit Delve.
