We rent and the kitchen isn't much to write home about. We have a very low end range with burners that take forever to boil water and often blow out when you try to maintain a low simmer. But the kitchen is dominated by ye olde giant-rack-o'-gear that houses most of our kitchen appliances. Here's a slightly outdated picture.
Rice maker, ice cream machine, cambros, rolling pins, chinois
Microwave, toaster oven, sheet pans,
Polyscience circulator, chamber vac.
Juicer, Cuisinart, old blender, Kitchenaid,
Pots, roasting rack, muffin tins, dutch ovens, pressure cooker.

Upstairs kitchen (Getting new exhaust hood. Wore out the old one.)

My big question
is what to put under the vented hood: four-burner induction cooktop, or two-burner induction and a deep fryer?
On one hand, who uses four burners simultaneously anymore, particularly when I rely heavily on sous vide, torches, etc?
On the other hand, I will honestly not deep fry frequently enough to keep the fryer full of oil.

Wow, these are awesome kitchens.... We currently rent, the kitchen sucks.
My working area is about 1m X 0.5m.... Sigh
We do have an induction stove
and I have room for 2 circulators and I have too much crap, had to convert theĀ
kitchen nook for storage....

Those are really beautiful kitchen. There is a friend of mine whose kitchen is too beautiful and it's kind of a new one as he recently got his kitchen renovated. There were a number of designs to choose from,
