If you search Amazon for "silicone half sphere mold" or "silicone hemisphere mold" you'll find a number of options.

Been doing that but haven't found one like the one shown in the vid. I guess I'll have to dig a little deeper or exercise other options. Thanks.

When I made passion fruit bon bons, I was tempted, but eventually opted for a two stage process and using my silicone mould and combining them once frozen. If you have the space and finances, obviously go the easier route, but using hemispheric moulds is not difficult. Just an extra step.
