Chef's Table on Netflix

For those that have streaming Netflix in USA you can binge watch Chef's Table starting today. It's by the same guy that produced, Jiro Dreams of Sushi.

At just under 5 hours for the six episodes I know what I will be doing this afternoon and evening.

The Bottura, Nakayama, and Barber episodes were great, Nilsson seemed like I was watching mind of a chef again so not bad but not new to me, I still don't see the intrigue behind Mallman, I think he's arrogant and gimmicky, and Shewry was a nice story but seemed like an odd choice for a series like this.

I'd love to see Heston Blumenthal on the second season... I just can't find any info on his background. Since he is selfthoght, it would be a great story... Nice series. I'll try to watch one at a time. The Bottura episode was great.

I tried to get through the first one... so much interview and so little cooking. Which isn't wrong, it's just not my bag.
