Tips on cooking a whole salmon fillet via sous vide please?

Hi I can't seem to find any information on cooking a whole salmon fillet via sous vide. Perhaps it not the done thing & better to cook it in smaller portions?

Look at the salmon sous vide(s), the portioning tips, when to cut, when to portion videos.

If you are going to try and portion it later you are better off portioning ahead of time
