Hi, everybody!

I am going to have a rotavpor in my kitchen for the next couple of months. Has anyone used one for culinary uses before? I would love some tips for what to do with it ;-)

hello! I have one in my kitchen, its a amazing stuff, what i recommend to you is make some sauces like a American, and after put in in the rotavapor, you get a full essential transparent soup, that is really amazing.

@hobbykokken — It's fantastic for reducing juices to concentrate their flavor without changing their flavor to "cooked". Also, really nice to concentrate alcoholic beverages like a whisky (yes, you remove a lot of alcohol and water) to create a flavorful concentrate. And, of course, you can prepare essential oils.
