My sister in law cooked on a private yacht on her gap year. Said most frustrating was bread. It went moldy super fast so she ended up baking everyday. When we sailed a catamaran from Lankawi to Phuket our captain loved pasta and rice cooked with seawater. Me not so much. But grilled fish, squid, etc was the best. Galley was small so planning was key, FWIW
