I'm looking into buying an oven. I'm seeing that some wall ovens - Wolf in particular - are touting two fans as an improvement over one fan. I can sort of imagine two fans increasing the chaos of the airflow in the oven, reducing hotspots, but other than that I'm not particularly convinced that two is much better than one in this case. What am I missing?
