@Brandon - The only one to consider is the Bernzomatic mapp/pro torch. It burns the hottest and doesn't spit fuel all over your food. Just make sure you push the button igniting the flame away from your food before you start torching (otherwise you might spit some unburned fuel on your food before it ignites).
