I have spent the last few weeks watching a number of online videos related to cooking that I thought I would share. This list should keep the insomniacs busy for a while.

I've watched " A Matter of Taste", Paul Liebrandt's film, about three times now. Check that out if you haven't already.

I recommend it! Something about A matter of taste turned me off to the film. More cerebral ones like cooking in progress and the bras film were more my speed.

I like how a "Matter of Taste" contrasts with "Jiro Dreams of Sushi"...they're interesting when considered together.

I thought "A Matter Of Taste" was pretty good. "Three Stars" is in a similar vein.

"Jiro Dreams Of Sushi" and "Cooking In Progress" are sort of a league apart. I remember actually cheering when Chef Castro got the frozen vinaigrette to Chef Adria's liking!

Episode 7, Live and Let Dine, is set in a kitchen with Anthony Bourdain as a guest voice. Well worth watching
